    I am not an in network participating provider however I am able to provide a Super Receipt to be submitted for insurance reimbursement. Please note that some providers may require diagnosis codes with a prescription for massage.

    Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and the scheduling needs of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a fee.

    Professional Boundaries: Your comfort and safety, as well as mine, are essential to creating a supportive healing environment. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive language or behavior will result in the immediate refusal, cancellation, or termination of the session or experience. The full session fee may apply.
