Circles + Ceremonies
-
A sacred ceremony that honors the completion of one chapter and creates space to consciously step into what comes next. Whether marking a profound life transition, loss, or personal transformation, this ceremony offers an opportunity to pause, witness your journey, and welcome renewal with intention.
Inspired by traditional Mayan postpartum womb tending practices, the ceremony incorporates the gentle wrapping of the body with rebozo scarves to create both a physical and energetic sense of containment, support, and closure.
This ceremony may offer support through:
Postpartum healing
Pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, child loss, or abortion
Fertility and infertility journeys
Menopause and other rites of passage
Relationship transitions, separation, or divorce
Gender transitions or other significant life transitions
Career changes or retirement
Moving to a new home or place
Grief or personal transformation

Dreams are deeply personal expressions of our inner wisdom—offering guidance, healing, and insight through the unique language of symbols, emotions, and intuition. They weave together messages from the subconscious, the soul, and the unseen realms, inviting us into a deeper relationship with ourselves. Develop a meaningful dream practice and explore the transformative wisdom that unfolds while we sleep. Through ritual, intention, and interpretation, you'll learn to receive your dreams as trusted companions on your healing journey.
In Dream Threads, you'll explore:
Creating a personal dreamwork ritual and nightly practice
Working with intention and supportive herbs to invite vivid dreaming
Understanding your unique language and symbolism of dreams
Dream interpretation through intuition and reflection
Dream projection—"dreaming the dream"—to consciously engage with the dream landscape and working dreams with others
